Fodor's Expert Review La Reserve
This Michelin-starred restaurant is a marvel of light and color, and has been a crown jewel of the Mediterranean since it opened in 1880. Chef Julien Roucheteau has replaced Yannick Franque, but continues to create original recipes from fresh Mediterranean products, like the iconc Langoustine tails roasted in hazelnut butter. The chandelier-bedecked salon is lined with bay windows that offer views of a watery nirvana. Reserve well in advance during the summer season.
