Local native Pierre Giannetti may cultivate a laid-back atmosphere in his casual bistro, but his ingredients are rigorously sourced from the best local producers. The chalkboard menu over the long zinc bar lists dishes steeped in the sunny flavors of the Mediteranean: pork terrine with chorizo, gnocchi with razor clams and heirloom tomatoes, fish stew with spicy aioli and a drizzle of parsley coulis, roasted sea trout with zucchini and chanterelle puree. With a great selection of well-priced wines by the glass, its easy to see why the restaurant has been a favorite with foodie locals since its opening in 2013.
