Fodor's Expert Review Glutton and Glee

With a name like Glutton and Glee it's hard not to be intrigued, and this popular, independent little coffee shop in the center of Guildford has plenty of fans. The sandwiches are excellent—try the cheddar cheese and pear on sourdough, with date and ale chutney—along with savory tarts, salads, and other light lunchtime nibbles. Breakfasts here are a real specialty, served until a deliciously lazy noon (1 pm on Sundays).
