From the fashionable staff to its plush, all-natural bedding, this hotel is dressed to impress. The motto is "service with a sense of fun," but the real pleasure of the hotel is its attention to detail—from the biometric (yes, fingerprint) safes that fit laptops to the ultramodern, minimalist furniture (all made locally). There's a great lounge in the back and trendy in-house tapas restaurant, Room, whose menu was developed by the personal chef of actor Tommy Lee Jones. The plates of Spanish octopus, calamari, and chorizo sausage have won rave reviews.
