Lovely views and a quick, flat, 5-minute walk to Prague Castle. Not bad. Sister property, the Domus Balthasar, isn't far away either (albeit at the bottom of the hill leading up to the castle).
Questenberk
Why it made the list
It's a 10-minute walk from the Questenberk to the castle itself, but the hotel has two things going for it for those who want to be close. Firstly, the walk is flat, whereas the trip from many of the other nearby hotels involves quite the climb; and secondly, the walk leads you through Hradčany, the castle district, allowing for a pleasant build-up to the main event.
