Fodor's Expert Review Stopkova pivnice
After climbing to Špilberk Castle and touring several museums, what could be better than a nice cold beer? The Stopkova pivnice will set you up with one; if you're hungry, try the house guláš. Now part of the Kolkovna chain, there has been a pub on this site since the late 19th century. Its fame dates to the arrival of its new owner, the ingenious publican Jaroslav Stopka, who took over the original Jonákova pivnice in 1910.
