Fodor's Expert Review North Bohemia Art Gallery

Day Trips from Prague

This former house's cheery red and gold facade makes it easily recognizable, and inside it showcases regional art from the 12th century to the present, including statues and paintings. The building is believed to date to the early 18th century, when it was built in baroque style by Litomerice's homegrown favorite, architect Octavio Broggio. Much later, in the 1950s, architect M. Reichert had his turn, and it then opened as a gallery.
