Situated on the pjaca, smack-dab in the middle of everything, this bistro does not define itself by its great location but by its premium ingredients, eclectic menu, and trendy drinks. Come for breakfast or sit back over dessert and enjoy the people-watching. They bake their own whole-wheat bread and have branded some traditional Hvar wines, Bogdanusa and Pharos, with their own label. During high season they discourage guests from sitting without dining.
