Located in Stari Grad, this boutique villa offers sophisticated guests a taste of times past in an intimate island setting with a fine dining restaurant. This newly renovated villa was once home to a prominent Croatian writer and archaeologist, Don Šime Ljubič, who named the villa after the mythological Greek god Apollo, who was also born on Hvar when it was referred to as Pharos by the ancient Greeks. The design of each rooms is inspired by a different Greek muse and combines an old Mediterranean style with contemporary touches. They also have a wine bar off the restaurant that is carved into the stone wall of the building.
