Salzburg Panorama Tours. Tours through the Salzkammergut depart from Salzburg and include a four-hour tour (departs daily at 2 pm, May–October) or an eight-hour combined tour that includes a visit to the salt mine (departs at 8:45 am, May–October). Private guided tours are also available. Bookings are best made online up to 24 hours prior to departure, but you can also go to the meeting place (Mirabellplatz) at least 15 minutes before the tour starts for last-minute tickets.
