Located at the Somerset Resort, dining may be at one of several tables elegantly set overlooking a formal garden courtyard. Indoors, there is a different vibe altogether—cool and chic with high ceilings. It is one of Provo's few indoor, air-conditioned restaurants. The executive chef mixes international styles with a Caribbean, Asian, and European flair. A must-try is their conch spring rolls, which took first place in the 2015 Conch Festival competition.
