At this popular eatery on landscaped grounds in a rain-forest nature park, gleaming hardwood walkways take you past remnants of an old sugar mill. There's a roof overhead, but otherwise you're completely outdoors (insect repellent is a good idea). Tables and chairs are green wrought iron, the lights overhead are fashioned in the shape of large pineapples. The crayfish and caviar salad with raspberry vinaigrette is a good choice. When you arrive at the park entrance, let the attendants know you're dining here to save the park admission fee. The restaurant sometimes closes Sunday.
