Temptation's Chef Dino Jagtiani trained at the Culinary Institute of America, and his dishes combine spices and ingredients that provide a full-blown blast of taste. Try hot and cold soup (together in one bowl), Middle East–spiced lamb sliders, excellent Angus steaks, or layered eggplant parmigiana. Jagtiani compares dessert to lovemaking ("both intimate, and not to be indulged in lightly"), crafting such creations as a tempura apple pie with cinnamon ice cream and caramel sauce.
