At Simpson Bay Yacht Club you can choose to be inside or on the waterside terrace. The menu changes daily, but you can never go wrong with one of chef John Jackson's fish specialties, including red snapper with white wine reduction or yellowfin tuna "filet mignon" with miso-roasted veggies. You might start with oysters flown in from France, or sesame seaweed salad. The wine list includes 150 different bottles, including many by the glass.
