Turn off an inauspicious stretch of road toward Simpson Bay, and you'll find yourself at this friendly beachfront restaurant that is a favorite of locals and longtime visitors. The menu is constantly changing because the chef-owner doesn't want his clientele to get bored, but you should find French standards like vichyssoise as well as salads, a sprinkling of Asian favorites like dumplings and spring rolls, and perhaps a surprise or two. Sometimes there are Cajun-spiced scallops, an Antillean squid casserole, and even prime rib—so everyone can be happy.
