Jutting out into Oyster Bay, this condo/time-share resort sits on Dawn Beach and is convenient to groceries, restaurants, and the Westin. It appeals to a somewhat older clientele. The renovated rooms are spacious and neat, with fresh paint and granite bath vanities, as well as Caribbean decor. Each has a kitchenette (with dishwasher) and a balcony with a fine view of St. Barth or the marina in Oyster Bay. Units range in size from studios to large two–bedrooms. The open-air lobby is a popular gathering spot, and the resort offers a long list of activities and a large pool. Some of the units are considerably older than the others (newer units are larger). Time-share users (but not regular guests) are assessed $5–$12 per day for air-conditioning. If you can, get a renovated unit.
