Jutting out into the Atlantic and Oyster Pond, this condo/time-share resort sits overlooking Dawn Beach and is convenient to groceries and restaurants; it appeals to those who want a relaxing atmosphere without being too far from everything else. The rooms are spacious and neat, with fresh paint and furniture plus granite bath vanities, as well as Caribbean decor. Each has a kitchenette (with dishwasher) and a balcony with a fine view of St. Barth or the marina in Oyster Pond. Units range in size from studios to large two–bedrooms with private Jacuzzi. The open-air lobby is a popular gathering spot, and the resort offers a long list of activities and a large infinity pool. Be aware that the newest units are significantly larger than older units.
