Innovative Swedish chef Bobo Bergstrom has brought "Eurobbean" cuisine to his own restaurant, which overlooks the harbor at Harmony Suites hotel. The contemporary fusion style combines the chef's European heritage, Caribbean traditions and ingredients, and a touch of Asian influence. Raves are doled out to chef Bobo's culinary feats, the excellent wine list, and the sushi bar. Follow one of a dozen starters with pan-seared red snapper and lobster medallions au gratin, jerk-marinated-and-grilled beef tenderloin, or pecan- and cardamom-rubbed rack of lamb. Or you might want to consider the five-course tasting menu. There's sure to be a dish on the extensive menu (or at the sushi bar) to suit all, including vegetarians. Leave room for a fabulous "dessert creation."
