The cheerful restaurant-bar in the Hummingbird Beach Resort specializes in French creole cuisine. Try fresh seafood or chicken seasoned with local herbs and accompanied by fresh-picked vegetables from the Hummingbird's garden. Sandwiches on homemade bread and salads are also available. At lunch, sit outside by the pool (you're welcome to take a dip) for a magnificent view of the Pitons. Wednesday night is Creole night, with live entertainment, dancing, and special dishes.
