Locavores will like the refined cuisine at this pretty restaurant in the gardens of the Guanahani hotel. Influenced by Provence and Italy, beautifully presented dishes use some organic and local products. Try the ravioli or seafood risotto followed by beef tenderloin, organic chicken breast, or suckling veal. Look for desserts utilizing chocolate or Caribbean fruit. Ask about their deep-sea Atlantic fishing excursion in combination with a chef-prepared dinner. After you go fishing with a local in the morning, a chef will cook your catch any way you like it as part of a three or five-course dinner tasting menu.
