Fodor's Expert Review Selera Dunia

The Level, Windwardside, n/a Saba, Saba Fodor's Choice

The managing director, Hemmie van Xanten, has traveled the world amassing a vast collection of objects from Africa, Asia, and Colombia, which have been used to decorate this tiny boutique hotel's spacious, themed rooms. The Dutch Room is furnished with some of his grandmother's possessions, the Iban Room with carved wooden objects from his Malaysian haul. Wi-Fi, use of the minibar, cable TV, and taxes are included. A colorful, Thai "spirit house" (shrine) sits atop a small pool alongside the Dutch Room.

  • gorgeous gardens and ponds (guests get free fish pedicures)

CONS
