Owned by dive instructors Wolfgang and Barbara Tooten, this resort provides the finned set with everything they need: reasonably priced accommodations, guidance on finding the best dive operators and sites, decent grub, and late-night fun (the bar here is the place to dance and socialize on Friday night). In addition to the 10 rooms, there's a two-bedroom cottage with a full kitchen and a living room. Continental breakfast is included, and you can get a full breakfast for an up-charge.
