Car ferries also link Fajardo to Vieques and Culebra, but rental agencies won't let you take their vehicles between the mainland and islands. A municipal parking lot next to the ferry costs $5–$7 a day. No ferries link Vieques and Culebra at present.

There's limited seating, so arrive about an hour ahead of the departure time. The Ports Authority (DTOP) claims to take phone reservations daily from 8 to 11 and 1 to 3, but it's difficult to get anyone to answer this number. Reservations are not available for purchase online, either.
