Fodor's Expert Review La Villa Créole

Les Trois-Îlets Live Music

Editor's Note: This property is currently undergoing renovations.

This restaurant's Martinican owner, Guy Bruere-Dawson, has been singing and strumming the guitar since the 1980s—in five languages, everything from François Cabrel to Elton John, some Italian and creole ballads, even original ditties. Other singers perform, too, on Friday and Saturday nights, when there might be other entertainment. To see the show, you must order dinner; grilled lobster from the tank is often the best option. There's ample parking and even a small dance floor. The crowd tends to be mature; customer service and satisfaction are high.
