One of the best restaurants in Le Marin, this upscale open-air restaurant uses local ingredients from the nearby market and fisheries to create tantalizing Creole dishes. Dine on the terrace with a glass of wine in hand for a memorable view of sailboats floating on the sea. Dishes include grilled fish, ceviche, duck, risotto, and there's a selection of desserts worth the calories, too.
