Named for the trees that line the beach at the Half Moon resorts, this beachside restaurant is open to the public. At lunchtime, a superb buffet and à la carte menu are available. Standout buffet options include roast meats and freshly baked breads. At dinner there's a good selection of seafood, steaks, and ribs, including the herb-roasted Angus beef tenderloin, red wine–braised short ribs, and grilled yellowfin tuna.
