This contemporary fusion restaurant, which was developed by the late chef Kerry Simon, is the only full-service restaurant at the Hard Rock open to outside guests. Cleverly designed as the mansion of a mythical rock star, the various dining rooms are lavishly furnished as if they were rooms in his house. Your dining experience will be a sensory rush from the innovative rum cocktails to Peruvian ceviche or main courses like rack of lamb. For lighter fare, you can sit in the bar (or rather the library) and order from the menu of small plates to share. All meat served is natural, the steaks dry-aged, and the produce organic, so feel no guilt when you order one of the luscious desserts.
