The setting, whether you sit out on the covered, open-air patio or inside the comfortable beamed-ceiling dining room, is sublime, and the food is delicious and healthful. The chef is happy to accommodate any special dietary requests, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes. Expect a variety of entrées from roasted duck and lobster tail to curried goat (local style) and coconut-curried seasonal vegetables. Many ingredients are grown in Rosalie Bay's own organic garden or sourced locally from farmers and fishermen.
