Fronted by the bay on Roseau's western edge, this city-style hotel offers lovely views from its higher floors, where rooms take in the town's quaint buildings, the ocean, and the imposing mountains. At present, though, only 12 rooms are available, and you should ask to see yours before booking. The Balisier Restaurant has a charming setting and offers a Friday Caribbean buffet. Watching the sunset while sipping a Sundowner at the Ole Jetty Bar on the rooftop terrace is a popular guest pursuit.
