Add twinkling stars in the dark of night, and you have a stunning atmosphere: elegant, inviting, sophisticated, romantic, and tropical. The menu is almost entirely seafood. For a main course, choose blackened scallops, seafood penne, grilled salmon with raisin rice, jumbo garlic shrimp, or Bajan flying fish, battered and deep-fried in olive oil.
