At this luxurious lifestyle resort surrounding a human-made waterway, residents can dock their megayachts at the back door and rest their heads in breathtaking one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with high-end furnishings, wall-to-wall windows that take in the view, full kitchens, en suite bathrooms, and lots of space for either relaxing or entertaining. Several of the 46 units are part of the rental pool available to short-stay visitors. Quarterdeck Restaurant, at the marina, serves breakfast and lunch; 1359, the fine-dining restaurant, is open for dinner.
