This owner-run hotel overlooking Salt Pond harbor has a variety of affordable accommodations including king and double suites and a one-bedroom apartment. The harbor views from the pool area are fantastic, as are those from the upstairs restaurant and bar—a great place to catch the sunset and mingle during happy hours. (Note that the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday, but the kitchen will still prepare meals for in-house guests.) The hotel is centrally located, making it a good base for exploring the island, and it's next door to the regatta site.
