This B&B-like resort has four suites, each with a private porch perched ocean-side overlooking magical Fernandez Bay. The roomy yet cozy suites have rattan furnishings, tropical decor, modern kitchens, and outdoor garden showers. Meals and cocktails are made by owner-chef Cathy Perdok and served family-style on the outside patio. You can have meals included in your package or opt to do your own cooking in your suite or on the outside grill. Daily menus include everything from fresh-baked breads and cinnamon French toast to conch fritters, grilled fish, and delectable desserts. Cathy goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service and will arrange activities and car rentals if you need them.
