Fodor's Expert Review Arlean's Meal on Wheel

A white former school bus is now a tiny spotless kitchen on wheels. Noted for its 'dogs, divine lobster burger, and the "MacJean," a hearty breakfast sandwich with sausage or bacon and sometimes cheese on homemade Bahamian bread, the dishes are all cooked in a unique "dry-fry" method (no oil). The minibus is parked every weekday from 7 to around 3 at the bottom of Schoolhouse Hill (a well-known landmark).
