Although the Meliá is not part of the Baha Mar resort next door, the property has embarked on a series of upgrades to keep pace with the changes to the neighborhood. The large lobby and surrounding bars have a clubby yet casual vibe. The on-site restaurants have been completely overhauled and retooled, and the property is now all-inclusive. A vibrant activities team ensures guests can never get bored, from pool and beach games to salsa night and family movie night. They also offer a free shuttle to and from the Baha Mar casino.
