Owners of the Bubble Room restaurant—a longtime Captiva Island, Florida, favorite—now own this pink building with green shutters across from the government dock. The front deck is a prime spot for people-watching, as well as for sunsets over cocktails. The lunch and dinner fare might include smoked dolphin-fish dip with garlic pita chips, cracked conch, and spicy tequila shrimp.
