Bimini is not only one of the big game fishing capitals of the world, it also holds six bonefishing world records. Hire one of the island's famous guides—and great characters—to hunt for the spooky "gray ghost." Full-day fishing excursions cost upwards of $600. Reef and deep-sea fishing excursions are also available from $400 for a half day. The best bonefishing guides must be booked well in advance.
