Named after its address (Westraat 7) this is predominantly an eatery for lunch and casual dinner in the early evening until the lights dim later on to reveal a seriously cool neon glow-in-the-dark interior that attracts a local crowd of thirsty folks seeking signature cocktails amid hot music in downtown Oranjestad. The deck overlooks the harbor, and the new shooter bar underneath it, called Chipotz, gets the party kicking up into high-octane mode even later, especially on weekends.
