Fodor's Expert Review Tulip

Despite the decidedly Dutch name, the global menu features dishes from all over the world, including Indonesian, Arabic, and French favorites. Despite its home in the budget MVC Eagle Beach hotel, the quality is top notch and the service is friendly and relaxed. The Tulip's catch of the day is almost always grouper, and it's excellent, as is the chicken satay and the stick-to-your-ribs Aruban keshi yena (stuffed cheese).
