Fodor's Expert Review The Kitchen Table by White
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
At perhaps one of the most exciting dining concepts on the island, award-winning chef Urvin Croes, famous for his avant-garde modern cuisine, presides over a one-table restaurant that seats only 16 people for multicourse dinners (with optional wine pairings for an additional charge). The evening kicks off with a sunset cocktail on the patio and then moves to the open kitchen, where chef Croes provides an excellent explanation of each course as he creates it. Dishes are consistently stunning, and the fusion of flavors and unparalleled presentation makes each course a treat. The menu changes monthly, and the chef is willing to work with diners with dietary restrictions.
