Fodor's Expert Review Chalet Suisse
$$$$
Manchebo, Druif, and Eagle Beaches
Dinner
Opened in 1988 as a re-created Swiss-style chalet, this is a perennial favorite for the time-share folks and repeat visitors due to its high-quality classic European dishes—chicken cordon bleu, beef Stroganoff, and duck à l'orange—as well as island-inspired favorites like stuffed, locally caught grouper medallions. They also have rotating seasonally inspired menus, and their low season early-bird menu is very popular. Consistently excellent service and a warm, inviting atmosphere also keep people coming back.
