Pretension, however, is not on the menu here; it’s a friendly spot where you can dine outside along Aruba’s busiest tourist boulevard or inside in a warm and inviting enclave. The main menu offers mostly classic French dishes with surprising twists, but you're really better served to let the chef delight you with his daily three-course or five-course carte blanche surprise menu that can also be paired with the sommelier’s choice of wines. The carte blanche menu can only be ordered for the whole table, not individually.
