This is a good choice for breakfast, lunch, or an early dinner (they close at 6 pm) if you need to be at the Queen Beatrix airport (they are located beside the airport entrance, but not inside so you don't actually have to be flying to eat here). The owners have hit on a winning concept: food sold by the kilo from a large, market-style buffet that includes both hot and cold dishes, as well as healthy to-go options that are more gently priced than the restaurants inside the terminal. Free Wi-Fi is also a plus.
