New on the Anguilla dining scene in 2013 is this lively seafood restaurant. Longtime visitors will remember Luna Rosa, formerly in this location, and Axa Seafood brings Abi and Sylvestro back together. There is a lively bar, frequent live music, and a menu full of tasty fresh seafood (and meat) choices including a crowd-pleasing paella, a signature lobster mac-and-cheese, and several daily specials according to the day's "catch." The desserts are a standout, especially the espresso-mascarpone mousse garnished with white chocolate.
