Fodor's Expert Review Observatory Café

Despite the space-alien lava-lampy décor, this café offers down-to-earth food such as salads and fries, burgers, quiche, sandwiches, salmon, and a roast of the day. The prices aren't astronomical: it's always nice to see $20 bottles of house wine on offer. This place was built for the tour-bus trade, it's big enough to accommodate and feed lots of people. The indoor dining area has a nice view over the lake, and on warm days the outdoor seating is very popular. Open 8 am–8:30 pm, the property has Internet facilities and clean restrooms.
