You can depend on locally famed Ora King salmon and Coromandel scallops, and perhaps garlic butter snails, roast quail, or wild goat. You must spare room for dessert; the chef's specialty is playing with flavors from flowers, and creating his own, exquisitely decorated chocolate. Wife Severine guides front of house, a sophisticated yet relaxed ambience, inside or in the cottage garden. Dining is not rushed. Reservations recommended.
