Passports and Visas

U.S. citizens may enter Guam from the U.S. mainland or another U.S. territory with proof of citizenship and valid photo ID, but a passport is recommended nonetheless. For non-US citizens, the entry requirements for Guam are same as those of the United States. Provided one has a valid, machine-readable passport, nationals of countries not needing a visa to enter the U.S.—including the Australia, the U.K. and Canada—do not need a visa to enter Guam since they are part of the U.S. Visa Waiver Program.
