This lagoon-side restaurant is Rangi's "big-night-out" restaurant. There's plenty of choice on the á la carte menu ranging from escargot with garlic parsley butter, and pan-friend scallops to start, and several different varieties of fish (deep sea bass, salmon, sturgeon, and Emperor) for main course. A treat is the dessert buffet (1,000 CFP) where you can graze on several delicacies. Be aware that some dishes may be quite bland, an unfortunate trend in international resorts.
