French Polynesia is two hours behind Pacific standard time (so, 10 hours behind London and three hours behind Los Angeles). During daylight saving time (April to late October), that extends to three hours. For added confusion, the Marquesas are a half hour ahead of the rest of French Polynesia, so check flight times carefully if you're island-hopping.
