Built over the lagoon with floor-to-ceiling windows, this restaurant is a beautiful place to sit and watch the ferries and the planes make their journeys to and from Moorea. At night it's a romantic spot to enjoy succulent local seafood and western dishes with a Tahitian twist. Start with the raw tuna marinated with Tahitian coconut milk with shrimp, mango, and ginger and move on to the thick cut of wahoo (a Pacific Islands fish) with passion fruit sauce.
