Discover Fiji. The Jewel of Fiji, Discover Fiji's signature tour, combines elements that include canoeing up the Navua River, visiting the river's largest waterfall, riding a bamboo bilibili (native raft), and taking in a village tour complete with a traditional yaqona (or "kava") ceremony. The Fiji Whitewater Adventures Namosi Highland trips begin with an up to two-hour rugged and scenic 4WD ride followed by an exhilarating white-water rafting journey down the Wainikoro-o-Luva. Lunch is served prior to an equally scenic motorized long boat journey down the Navua. Serua Interior Adventures are the least physical of the day tours. Options include rafting or kayaking the beautiful Lower Navua Gorge and swimming in waterfalls. The Namosi Highland Adventure, is a two-day, one-night trip combining many of the components of their other tours with an overnight village stay, and preparation and eating of a lovo feast. Rivers Fiji. Rivers Fiji offers five fantastic day trips on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The minimum age for all trips is 8 and children 8–11 are half-price (one per adult). The Luva trip includes a traditional kava ceremony, kayaking through Class II rapids, hiking, and a boat ride through Navua Canyon. It begins with a bus ride into the lush Namosi Valley where you visit a village and experience a traditional kava ceremony in the chief's home. You then walk to the Wainikoriiluva River and, after a short lesson, take a personal inflatable kayak through Class II rapids and rock mazes, followed by a picnic lunch. A light hike then brings you to a waterfall and a chance to swim. The trip concludes with a scenic motorized boat ride through the rain forest and waterfalls of Navua Canyon. It departs from the Rivers Fiji office in Pacific Harbour at 8 am and returns at 5 pm. Snacks are provided but do have a substantial breakfast.

The upper Navua whitewater rafting adventure takes you through the magnificent "Grand Canyon of Fiji," famed for its many waterfalls and 130-foot (40 meters) high black volcanic rock walls. Included are morning and afternoon snacks and a picnic lunch. It departs the Rivers Fiji office at 6:45 am, returns between 5 and 6; trips run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The Middle Navua River inflatable kayaking trip is the least strenuous, starting with a kayak downstream, lunch and waterfall visit, followed by motorized return. It's offered Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

The Deuba Coastal sea-kayaking trip takes you on two-person, sit-on-top sea kayaks down the lower Navua River, through mangrove forests, and along the Pacific Harbour coastline. It includes a picnic lunch on a beach and snorkeling. The Beqa Island Sea Kayak transfers you out to Beqa Island, for a similar coastal kayaking trip. Timing is subject to the tides. There are also multiday tours incorporating elements of the aforementioned trips that involve camping.
